All keychains ship free within Canada by Canada Post Lettermail. Orders are usually sent within three days, and custom pieces within five days. Lettermail does not include tracking or guaranteed delivery times, so arrival may vary depending on postal service and location.
Returns:
Because each item is crafted to order, returns are not accepted except under rare circumstances at my discretion. Custom products are final sale. A design proof will be provided before engraving, and once approved, no changes or cancellations can be made.
